By using CatchIt (catchit.cc), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

CatchIt provides browser tab and screen recording with cloud storage and shareable links.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person (no shared accounts)
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Record content you don't have permission to record
• Record other people without their knowledge and consent
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Upload malicious content or non-video files
• Abuse the API or attempt to overload the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Recording consent: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have consent from all participants before recording. CatchIt is not liable for recordings made without proper consent.

4. Content Ownership

You own your recordings. We do not claim ownership of content you create. By using the sharing feature, you grant viewers permission to watch (not download or redistribute) your recordings.

5. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: 10 recordings per month, resets monthly
• Pro plan: unlimited recordings ($10/month or $104.99/year)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for data loss — please keep local backups of critical recordings.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Support.

8. Limitation of Liability

CatchIt is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
